To find a member in the directory
Open the COTLR APP
Tap the book icon at the bottom of the screen. This is the phone directory.
Tap the first letter of the contact name
Another option: Type contact name in search bar at the top of the screen. This can be found by tapping the magnifying glass at the top right corner of the screen
To find a business contact in the directory
