To find a member contact in the directory
Go to COTLR website (app.cotlr.com) and login
Click Directory at top of page
Click Phonebook
Tap the first letter of the contact name
Another option: Type contact name in search bar at the top of the screen.
To find a business contact in the directory
Go to COTLR website (app.cotlr.com)
Click Directory at top of page
You can filter by location or type business name in the search bar at the top of the screen
