Go to the COTLR Website (app.cotlr.com) and login

Click News

Click add news

Choose Import from URL then add the Source URL and click import

Make necessary edits if any to the Title and Article section then click next

Click on the correct category for your news article then click next

Choose your Media Type and then Upload the Media then click post

Your article should appear in the News section

Click on your article to view it
