Did you know that you can set your zoom account to automatically connect to audio when joining zoom meetings via phone. Note: this is not an option on computers/laptops.
First thing you will do is open the zoom app on your phone.
Then you will tap or select the “settings icon” at the bottom of your phone.
Then you will tap or select “auto connect Audio”
If you do not set your account to automatically connect to audio then once you join a meeting, you should get a notification that pops up and asks you to select “wifi or cellular data” or “no audio.” make sure to click “wifi or cellular data” Note: for laptops it’ll say “join computer audio”
If for some reason you still can not hear or you accidentally selected the wrong option then click the headphones at the bottom left corner of the zoom and click “wifi or cellular data” Note: for laptops, it’ll say “join computer audio”
